Integrative Breathwork
Integrative Breathwork for Healing and Self-Discovery:
In Sanskrit, prana means both “breath” and “life”—reminding us that the way we breathe shapes the way we live. Becoming present with our breath can help release trauma stored in the fascia, muscles, and skin, creating space for balance, clarity, and emotional freedom.
As a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I combine compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of the transformative power of breath with modalities like meditation, movement, sound healing, and reiki. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether you’re looking to manage anxiety, process grief, or simply slow down and reconnect with yourself.
BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release ®
The BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) integrates six key elements: breath, movement, touch, sound, emotions, and meditation. At its core is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), a circular breath with no pauses between inhale and exhale. This continuous flow increases oxygen, releases CO₂, and helps reset the nervous system—quieting the amygdala and prefrontal cortex to create space for deep release.
Combining meditation, movement, and sound in breathwork can help dissolve what Wilhelm Reich, founder of somatic psychology, called “character armor”—the rigidity, tightness, and contraction that form in response to stress. Through BioDynamic Breathwork, you can begin to release repressed emotions, memories, and patterns, freeing yourself to live with greater vitality and presence.
